It kills me that Belle is now English rather than French. I don’t understand all the enthusiasm for Emma Watson’s casing for this very reason.

Oh for crying out loud, this does not need to be an issue. I’m Puerto Rican, and not remotely offended. Crying about stuff like this makes it harder to take you seriously when the complaints are legitimate. SMH.

I work in a high end steak house that ages it’s own steak and imports wagyu from Japan, and let me tell you, sous vide is terribly overrated. It absolutely ruins the texture of steaks, and if the cut is highly marbled, like say in wagyu, the fat is poorly rendered and you end up paying top dollar for gelatinous mush.…
