Yes so many older people love this workout and it’s easier on your body than running. A lot of ex runners are spinners. It always warms my heart to see people of all ages enjoying it.

I love spinning. It’s amazing and has helped me with my anxiety. And I would agree if you like it, its not just a class and exercise is not just exercise. Also I am not older but a lot my classes have 55 and older people who need a workout that less hard on their joints. I am not sure the spinning hate that exists but…
