WiFi calling has increased quality, but its not there yet. I suggest allowing 4G/LTE for both voice and Data to improve call quality. It really helps. Facetime calls are crystal clear, Skype depends on both network connections but pretty clear also.

Just curious, besides server OS, what applications might need more than 12-hour windows for updates? Asking as I haven’t had this issue with running updates off-hours between 2-5am with our company, so curious what applications are necessary for this long period of time?
