Uhm we are doing just fine thank you. Keep your $

I have a hunch that what people take issue with is the frothing-at-the-mouth tone of most of what’s written in this blog. Sensationalist click bait filtered through black victimhood and perpetual innoncence.

“ the white-owned staff of The Root”

But if someone were to say (of black ppl) “after eating kfc and drinking orange juice”... ay...

But if someone were to say black ppl all look alike... ay...

They ARE the dentists. Misogynist much?

I think that comment is spot on so...

“disgusted by the presence of negroes”

Seek racism and you shall find it.

“most people agree that black women are the most marginalized people on the planet. They exist at the intersection of worldwide patriarchy and the uniquely American brand of racism.”

What about outside of dating? What about a black man that chooses to surround themselves with mostly white people in their neighborhood, as you have mentioned you do? You preach blackness left and right but at the end of the day where do you choose to live.... uh huh.

the point of black ppl*

I’m not necessarily condoning it, but I do remember a teacher following up on a warning to tape up a rowdy student’s mouth cause she wouldn’t stop interrupting class. Teachers aren’t just props, they should and do have appropriate authority. Sleep at home. Or like, sleep in class, but to claim “racism” for being woken

For all the enjoyment I’m getting from hating on your articles, this one was cute. You sound like a good dad. I know this is the wrong article but I meant to comment this on the other one... you WOULD be that guy that wears a “BlackAF” hoodie. Eyeroll emoji.

“We are, still, thought of as guests in America. And when we’re in spaces that don’t happen to be the spaces we’re expected to be and stay in, that visitor status is made more prominent. We are regarded with boundless skepticism. We are observed. We are watched. We are not trusted.”

Yeah. Sleeping in class. What a victim of racism.

Yeah, nothing better for learning than a bunch of out of control loudmouths messing around while other people are trying to learn.

You weren’t trying to inject “nuance” into the Joy Reid controversy. You were giving her a pass because she is black. You said “you didn’t care” if the statements were true.

Reading your articles is like peeking into the mind of Vester Lee Flanagan.

You sound every bit as angry and bitter as I imagine you to be.
