Everything is sexual. Explain to me why a fandom has to be described by their sexuality. I state again, this is like saying the majority of people who like anime or manga or cartoons like their porn that way. Shockingly, that’s not true. Neither do all furs enjoy their porn that way.

I don’t feel that the issue is in saying it IS or it ISN’T one way or the other. The issue is in generalizing a whole group of people on a single trait. The film is about stereotypes, and it’s pretty apt to the conversation at hand.

Can we not with the whole “furries are largely non-sexual” narrative?

I wish I could star your reply more than once!

I don’t suppose it would do any good to point out that “sexual” furries are the vast, VAST minority of the furry movement. Most of them are just people who, y’know, like furry art and characters.
