Dismissing a comment ensures it’s going to be ignored. If they want to keep coming back and keep getting dismissed that’s their own waste of time.

This. In that roasting example, the troll won (and it’s not even close). Ignoring is the best/only way to defeat a troll. Unfortunately there’s always a weakling that can’t resist.
you don’t actually owe a response to anyone online
I feel as though you covered the only truly effective method of dealing with trolls on the internet.
Not to stress you out, but Christmas is 19 days away. And not to make assumptions about you, but you probably still…
Unfortunately I don’t think that a person who doesn’t trust statistics that don’t even apply to them has the rationality to respond to even the most persuasive argument. People that hold power typically want to keep it and asking them nicely to please stop oppressing us isn’t going to get anywhere.
Ugh. I really wish we had a good anti-tort law that would discourage assholes from suing people for revenge.
Just like the last set of bugs I haven’t noticed a thing and I’ve been receiving notifications like normal.
YES.
I’m sorry y’all weren’t smart enough to have a buffer between Halloween and Christmas but here in the country with actual summers, no one is going to be eating turkey, fixings, and twelve kinds of pie when it’s still in the 70’s for most of the country.
Palate cleanser? No way. Cranberry sauce is inarguably a key ingredient that shakes up the essential blandness of turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes. The acid and brightness makes EVERYTHING so much better
Uh. Cranberry sauce is THE perfect pallet cleanser between entrees and sides. I look forward to that gelatinous mold each and every year & am thrown into a deep morass that’ll last throughout the entire holiday season without it. Also good for Christmas dinners.
Strawberry rhubarb is my birthday jam. (Get it?)
I don’t really like cake that much so I always ask for pie. Apple and peach are my favorites.
Speaking of pie, does anyone else get pie for their birthday instead of cake? I don’t care for cake so I requested an apple pie when I was 14 and have been keeping the tradition for the last 20 years. I come from a big family so I figured if I’m sick of cake for each birthday so must everyone else.
Pumpkin pie.
Best pie is pecan pie.
Peach pie is the best pie. and we should all boycott pumpkin pie this year because it is orange, like the dickface destroying our country.
Apple pie or GTFO.
I requested pecan. #optout
