Well the TT Quattro is AWD not just rear. The turbo’d engine can be easily tweaked with a simple tune to far exceed the HP of the Vtec S2K. Additionally TTQ can be had for far less money, plus parts are easy to come by. S2K are nice cars but even now days people want far too much cash for one.

Yep correct, no M7 in existence, a crack pipe dream. Must have had an eBay sale on M badges. ;)  I see a lot of that with AMG.  Many Mercedes with AMG “packages” but in the performance part.  Basically door sill, rims, and or steering wheel.  I believe the 740i with sport package included stiffer slightly lower

I’d say a bit high in price since I just saw a 740i sport model in my area for $3500. Bone stock though still a lot of room in the budget for upgrades and  still keep it under $13k. If you’re lucky like me I found a 01 740iL for only $400 that needs minor work (t-stat, one heater hose, and rewire one halo light). It

Despite what they may recommend I still change my oil at 6k miles no matter what. Oil changes are much cheaper and easier than engine repairs. Had two E30 325i up to 280k and an E34 525i up to 235k before selling and still running strong with good compression. And this was after installing a performance chip and

I have owned Audi, BMW, and Mercedes cars. All can be great if you’re a quick study to learn how to take care of common issues. Yeah they can be expensive to maintain if you can’t bother with the simple things and like to pay $200 USD for an oil change.

This guy is an idiot and knows very little about BMWs. I have owned 16 of them. A few up to 280k miles and still very reliable and running strong. Most the faults he mentioned are caused by poor maintenance or the owner’s only knowledge of cars is what pedals make it stop and go.
