I've worked for payroll companies, and I can confirm this is a #NotAllEmployers situation - we've definitely had restaurants (usually nicer ones) with separate cost centers for side work, where the employee was paid minimum wage. I assume these were people who either had been sued or were afraid of being sued.

Just checked with the Copyright Office and the Chive is registered there for DCMA purposes, so it seems they'd fall under the DCMA provisions (any profit would be unlikely to be "directly attributable" as it's all ad revenue, and no more directly attributable than YouTube's, for instance)

Just a quick note - SOME rugby players (the forwards) are huge, but the backs tend to be much more on the small and quick side. My brother started at fly half for his university at 5'8, 170.
