The score is…odd. I feel like it doesn't really fit at any point, there are scenes where it's too cheery a tune and others where it doesn't fit at all. The best bit of the whole film was the car chase sequence, which had absolutely no music in it.

Can I cook mine?
Hyped for the ocean floor to look like downtown New York.
You look like a hyper-sexualised toddler.
This show should just be renamed Marvel's B-gents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Anyone? Guys? Guys? My Dad? Guys?
Didn't Lego Movie make like half a billion dollars? I am completely in agreement with you about Big Bang Theory, but comparing it to a movie feels…strange.
Okay, maybe Star Wars VII won't be great. But 8 and 9 are RIAN JOHNSON MOVIES. RIAN. JOHNSON.
That is the greatest article on the whole of AV Club.
A few days ago I would've come here and argued both The Lego Movie and Godzilla, but I've watched The Grand Budapest Hotel since then. Budapest is the best Wes Anderson film by a mile and the best film I've seen this year. Best 90+ minutes I've had with a film for a long while.
Fucking astonishing news.
Disappointing lack of love for Fargo's Buridan's Ass in the comments. I was torn between that and Veep's Alicia, but the former was just too spectacular I couldn't not vote for it.
At least in Cornballs there's a director ready at hand with minimal changes.
The Chinatown scene was amazing, half down to the understated nature of it at first, the really soft piano when Godzilla was standing there slightly obscured by the fog, the lightning flash showing him, then the silence before his biggest roar of the whole film. Man. I really fucking loved Godzilla.
"This is the Queen's china…oh my gooood…oh my goooood…."
"It doesn't matter!"
"It does matter! This is the fucking Queen's china!"
Rixty Minutes is the funniest 20 minutes of TV I've seen in a long time ("I'M ANTS IN MY EYES JOHNSON!"), and Close Rick-counters of the Rick Kind is the best 20 minutes of TV I've seen in a long time. The only comedy that even comes close to Rick and Morty this year is Broad City, Brooklyn Nine-Nine is a distant,…
I fucking loved Moone Boy S1, if only for Martin's "eucharisps" line. Had me in tears.
I think this show is going to be great, it's started off really well. My only question is, what kind of name is Gilfoyle?
I think he's great, but I get the feeling if he shows up in every episode next season he'll become annoying, his appearances this year have all been gold.
I finished Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous literally minutes before I watched this episode, so my head canon is Zach Stone becomes Chip McCapp.
I will say that I don't watch SNL every week (this is the first time I've watched it two weeks in a row in ages), but am I the only one that thinks Jost is just really, really dull? He has no presence, obviously Meyers is a tough act to follow, but being consistently deadpan just gets boring.
