Speaks volumes for how many said they’d own it again in a heartbeat. My dad too bought one new in ‘86. Finally sold it with just over 400k on the clock for $400. Past the Mazda 323 seats I put in it years later, the damn thing only needed tires, clutches (lots of hooning) and a/c rework years later.

I may stand corrected but they run out of gearing. Factory gearing limits them to 200 mph +/- a few. The 200+ cars are running custom gearing.
