How about you check the tweets and the comments section on the previous article about Lebron's cramping before you use the words "no one"? I feel like all you "drink more water" people haven't dealt with cramps very much. When you sweat you lose solutes too. Not only do you have less slightly less fluid volume, but the fluids you have are less concentrated. To stop a cramp, one does not simply drink more water.
