I had the same problem. My rear seat belt got stuck in the reel. They blamed me even though I never have passengers in the rear. Seat belts are not designed to get stuck for no reason, and corporate told me to f*ck myself. It cost me $120 and 2 hours of my time because of their crap engineering.
