I agree but a lot of people think they’re pigs. They’re not. I’m touch a BMW guy these days but if I bought something different it would be a Gold Wing it CB1100.

Again I was trying to be nice. No Triumphs in my future.

I was trying to be nice about it. A lot of people buy them and claim to love them but I never see them buy another one.

I don’t know. If you get time post a link.

Seems like normal ebb and flow of politics and the military. Seems like it’s always been that way. We’ve been lucky so far. Defense is vitally necessary to the free world obviously.

Now playing

Well, we’ll have to disagree on that but I think we may be using different criteria. I don’t want to argue though. I’m just glad people ride bikes. I watch Youtube videos pretty often and if you search for Mulholland crashes, Latigo Cyn Crashes, Tail of the Dragon crashes I think it’s pretty clear that skill is more

One of the problems today I think is not enough people are amazed by basically everything we have, do and take for granted. Life’s pretty wonderful for most people here. A great future cannot occur without hope and appreciation for where we are now.

Because the future is never here!

You should ride one first. It’s pretty amazing actually. And the technology is wonderful. They are expensive though.

I agree. They could have “fixed” the Buell. I just think they lost patience. Going public can really F a company up. Go to a BMW dealer. There’s not a bad bike in the lineup but I’m betting if you ride them both, You’ll be buying a R1200R or R1200RS. Better take your check book if you go. You will be going home with a

You don’t know it yet but you want a 2015 BMW R1200R. Yes...you do. You can’t expect the Harley guy to badmouth their bread and butter bikes.

Now now......they’re fellow cyclists.

OK...I admit I had to haggle to get a hat!

Some people like them. I think some of the, are good looking but wouldn’t buy one. I know guys that ride them and they’re great people and good riders.

Interesting story. I didn’t know most of what you reported. You’re a little hard on HD closing down Buell but you have that right. I looked at Buell bikes a few times but they just weren’t for me. I think the stigma of HD was a negative with a lot of sport bike buyers. IDK. I had a Night Rod (sorry) and I hated riding

There are some pretty damn comfortable new cars though. If I could cross the country in no hurry I’d pick either a Lexus LS or a latest vintage Cadillac Sedan de Ville.

When you see these signs in a desolate area...trust me....they’re true. You might get stopped even 20 minutes after your “top speed run.”

I haven’t driven cross country in a long time but I used to do it at least twice a year. I never planned my route. Sure I took some sections a couple of times but always would turn on roads large and small “just to see what’s over this way.” I never took a road that wasn’t interesting in some way. In some smaller

A 250cc Enduro. Worked for me 42 years ago. Still riding today over 20 bikes later.

I don’t know but I would doubt it. He was a nice kid.
