You have Point there. I’m no lawyer but there is some name for the concept of “but for.” The idea is “but not for their actions, she would not have been caught in the road. We’ll see how it goes if they’re caught.
I hope they get caught for sure, but if they’re human at all between the fear of being caught and the horror of having this on their conscience, I’m sure they’re suffering. They should just turn themselves in. It happens.

I’ve never even been in one but I hear they’re great. The NSX has a bit more cache’ to car guys I think. I dunno.
Probably put some stupid cheap coil overs in the back or worse, lowered the front which looks possible. Put it back to stock and leave it alone is my advice.
I had a ‘94 for a while. It was nice. It never felt fast. I don’t know why. But it was comfortable, had a nice cockpit and sounded great and the handling tightened up a lot when I installed a brace. They have a great owners website/club or at least they did. I sold it after about a year. I think these were 5 speeds…
