I would have put the check valve on no problem. They didn’t care. The only thing they cared about was the plate that said it was a 409 or 50 state bike. I loved mine as well but I’m happy with my bikes now so no problem. Just silly.

And they still xeroxed his driver’s license before he bought every one.

Damn pretty ain’t it?

I bought a Honda RC51 (motorcycle) 49 state version into California and registered it to an address in Hawaii. I rode it for 2 years with Hawaii plates and never got hassled. One day, I guess California started to increase compliance and got Hawaii to insist I bring the bike to a DMV office in Hawaii. Obviously I

Hock or hawk?

I guess you can do some cool drifts with snow tires. Kinda’ noisy on the freeway though.

I buy Michelin or Bridgestone tires so I guess I didn’t do my part in keeping Goodyear here. It wasn’t because of price though. Now I have even less reason to look at Goodyears. I wish I could be around 50 years from now to see how all of this evolves.

That’s what people said about Enron stock.

That looks like a Cusco tower brace.

I’m sure I’m well out of the demographic for this type of thing. That was tedious. And that car is ugly. And those people are idiots.

Re: Goodyear. When do US Citizens start sneaking into Mexico for work?

I don’t think it’s a horrible deal but we only have the binary option so CP. I don’t even know if the thing is pleasant to drive but it doesn’t look at it. Swapping ends is exciting, but not in the best ways. Just too plain Jane looking to put up with it everyday.

I heard a nice Korean restaurant took him in. What.....why’s everyone staring?

On car forums of all kinds, I don’t think a day goes by when someone doesn’t ask if cutting out the cats will make their sedan sound like a Ferrari. F’ng idiots.

I forgot the name for it but the scam is the equipment is hooked up to a known good car while the failing car is the one documented as having passed. Sorry if I’m unclear but I think you get what I mean. If the smog station is caught, it’s a huge deal. They closed a large testing station in West Los Angeles for doing

I mostly agree but you underestimate how bad a car can be worn out in all ways and still be driven. I see them and smell them all day here in SoCal. Either emissions matter here or they don’t.

On the Bentley GT, all the pop up spoiler does is tell the CHP you’re driving over 70. If you get pulled over, you better flip the manual raising switch before it retracts as you slow down or you got some splainin’ to do. I think it was 70(disclaimer for sticklers)

Already been done.

Hovercraft actually DO have a suspension! Air! I just wanted to be the first a*****e to say it because you just KNOW someone was going to say this. I figured I’d burst their bubble.
