This lawsuit makes no sense. The injured party wouldn’t be NFLX shareholders but the IRS. If the bonuses weren’t real bonuses, then NFLX should owe more tax. They’re still allowed to give bonuses that are easily achieved, they just may be taxable. I don’t get it.
