Plus he was a DNA expert on Trial and Error and a rival police captain on Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

Aww, man, I want to try that challenge.

The Shield is the all-time winner in the "Forward momentum" category.

I really hope they bring back Trial and Error.

Adding up the evidence it seems likely Jimmy told Mike to get Rebecca's contact information. "Where'd you find it?" "in the desk."

I know being an openly gay cop was not going to make him terribly popular, to be sure, but I figured the generation that would really hold it against him would be retired by now, and there wouldn't be few reasons for someone to actually hold it personally against him. Is there something I'm forgetting?

Probably not, but it doesn't matter; it's important that Chuck believes it does.

Somehow, you've managed to say literally nothing.

To add to what others have said, notice how pretty much every plan of Jimmy's had a fake step for Chuck to figure out before the real plan dropped on him. Bringing in Rebecca got Chuck to let his guard down for the phone stunt. And giving Chuck the chance to discover the phone had no battery— which I imagine Jimmy

Well, Netflix isn't producing BCS; they just get international rights from AMC. (I was in Mexico last year and watched it this way, but in America a BCS season doesn't show up on Netflix until the new season is about to air.)

Nope. Their gambit was the tape being introduced in the first place, which allowed them to establish context as part of their argument. No editing necessary.

Bringing in Rebecca was also part of Jimmy's gambit, in that doing so got Chuck to think that was Jimmy's play and to let his guard down against Jimmy's real plan.

Uh, yeah… I love Grimsby!

Wow, really? That seems… legally actionable.

Seconded.

The Boyle / Gina plot didn't offer much except the excellent casting work of the other two Boyles.

Yeah, did anyone else say, as soon as Holt said "the worst person ever," "Oh, is it Wuntch?" How many mortal enemies can one cop have among his fellow cops?

Are you certifiably cute and adorably obsessed, though?

Saw this last night. Not sure if I liked it as much as Me Doing Standup, but it was great all the same, with a few bits that are making me laugh even harder thinking about them later. (The autoerotic asphyxiation callback is a highlight.) I also think that might be the best ending to a standup special I've ever seen.
