No. It is a concept of giving from a place of privilege that can never be satisfied as long as you have resources to give. Noblesse isn’t justified by giving....it is a fact, just as poverty and want. You can “deconstruct” concepts until the concepts lose all meaning. That is the crux of the problem of your logic.

Your “loose analogy” isn’t.  Noblesse oblige means Richie Rich owes society a debt.  It is the concept all of society used to use to justify expecting the rich to pay their fair share.  Don’t double down on being wrong, man.  There is no shame in learning.
