“It’s hard to know what’s sadder: that Brooke Nelson has internalized misogyny to the extent that she can see nothing of worth in books beloved by “teen girls” but is presumably impressed with the merits of a book centered around video game culture that is beloved by teenage boy”

(SO MUCH EYEROLLING.)

That the Rooties love him doesn’t surprise me at all.

One of the women who claims Conyers sexually harassed her, believes he implied/threatened that she could end up like Chandra Levy (that is, a corpse in Rock Creek Park) for spurning his advances. At the time he expressed his desire for a sexual relationship with

These kind of issues tend to claim more Republican hides than Democrats.

“As frustration and fears mount, and as organizations like the NRA have kept a stranglehold on maintaining the status quo, an unlikely hero has arrived in the form of Colt—the gun manufacturer responsible for producing the AR-15 assault rifle.”

I went with Donna Campbell.

From the THR story:

Complicating matters was the fact that Lim had already inked a first-position contract with Disney Animation for four years. But the Malaysian-born writer, who is penning its Southeast Asian mythology-influenced feature Raya and the Last Dragon, says that Disney would have been willing to do a

Putting aside the development team’s obvious emphasis on raiding content and turning the leveling process into a bullet train, the developers have also moved to a very single-player centric form of storytelling for the last few expansions.

“And we’re definitely releasing a full set of six new Seacon combiners and the first two are going to cost $100 for the a pair!”

Suikoden 1 was the first RPG I bought when I got the original Playstation. Suikoden 2 is my favorite of the series. Both 1 and 2 live on on my Vita.

Suikoden 3 had great moments, but it had no Flik and Viktor, which is a flaw I’m not willing to overlook.

I like #8.

For his safety, put his hands in boxing gloves and tape that shit up. It’ll be harder for him to off himself with limited manual dexterity.

He won’t be able to yank his crank, either, which will probably be a worse punishment for him.

For me, most of his films are “watch once and move on” films. His films can have really, really good moments/scenes/conversations (for example, the Klansmen arguing about the quality of their hood construction in Django Unchained  had me laughing to the point of tears in the theater), but the total product tends to be
