Where in Michigan do they care about tints? I’ve lived in the burbs of Detroit, Ann Arbor and Grand Rapids. Even after being pulled over they never mentioned my obvious tints. I don’t know people who have had issues either.

More insurance is not better for the population at large. This is why Michigan’s limitless post auto accident coverage is problematic. Yes it’s better for you but the costs to the people of the state are massive. Michigan has the highest insurance rates in the country but has some of the safest drivers.
