I ditched the (VW) diesels after 16 years for a 1 liter Fiesta. The economy is less but I’ve got equal or better power and an extra $10,000 in my pocket.

It’s real simple math.
You need to better understand statistics. You’re focusing on the day to day, you need to look at the 5 year trends.”
I lost $12,000 in the market last week, I did not sweat it one bit. On the 30 year investment plan it’s nothing but a blip.
What have you owned previously?
I’M NOT FAT!It’s the diesel exhaust I swear.
ASTM B117 got nothin’ on me!
Is it seriously hard to understand that ALL laws need to be enforced simultaneously?
If you start picking and choosing which laws to enforce the rule of law becomes meaningless.

They can’t permanently defeat it, it’s Federal law that the the fuel economy number be performed with the car in the “turn the key and go” mode.
If you could permanently turn it off they’d have to run the fuel economy testing with that mode engaged.
Shhhhh, you’re confusing the Foxtrot narrative that substitutes for actual (blogger level) journalism.
You’re missing a huge part of this. Your smugness is making you look a fool.
It’s not just 50 state emissions, the the other CARB requirements like zero emissions are carbon credit trading you’re not seeing. That what I meant when I bought up the 500e.
Always use a jumbo safety pin to hold them in place.
But without naming a single one of these officials?
Top industry executives have also urged the administration not to revoke a waiver for California to issue more aggressive standards.
No mention of axle or crawl ratios?
...That’s the point.
Also that’s the name of the company...
