I make a point of defending undesirable positions, but these guys or girls who hacked, and or, looked at these photos are creeps. The hackers especially should be prosecuted and sent to jail for at least a few months if not longer. Restitution should also probably be made though it depends on income levels.

Legally, assuming it was one or more hackers, they should be punished like anyone else who stole personal information. I don't think we should punish them more or less just because they stole naked photographs. I don't know exactly what the crimes they could be arrested for as I am not a lawyer.
