Hmm... (looks at skin color.)

Yes, lets’ all attack Bernie Sanders for being whats wrong with this country. While were at it, let’s also cut off our own noses to spite our faces...

Corrrect me if im wrong, but a 2002 Eclipse is NOT a DSM....

Thank you for noticing my 300ZX Turbo! Technically it is a mistake too because it is a Nissan! Yup, it’s an 85, but the body style is the same and I backdated the wheels with some 84 20th anniversary wheels. It was a fun shoot, every day was one big car show.

The 89 CRX just looks so sexy there. Late 80s and 90s Japanese cars had something special going on, and I’m convinced it’s not nostalgia talking (OK maybe just a little).

Or pretty fucking hilarious, depending on your sense of humor.

The early ones came with the 5.3 V8. Later models got the 6.0 LS2.

I’m amazed that the same company that produces the Type R puts out a couple of concepts that have such an uncluttered design. Is it too soon to hope for an end to brake duct jowls as the must-have styling element?

Can’t wait to share the road with a bunch of novices financing their 700hp death machines.

Seriously, the only answer to this is Honda. A Fit, Civic, or even Accord. You can easily find one under $5,000 that will still be in good shape. The third pedal feel is really easy to learn and control as a beginner.

old muscle cars from the ‘90s

Honda Fit. Honda makes some of the best manual transmissions on earth, and (praise the lord) continues to make them available in their cars.

Less a speed issue and more about the tires basically being plastic because they were way past their prime.

Yup. But that said; people will still pay top dollar for ZR-1's, sometimes even more over a newer, more powerful base vette. At Conte’s they are priced between $22k (clean 1991) and $58k for a practically brand new ‘95 ZR-1. I can pick up a 2002-2004 Z06 with decent mileage in the mid-teens.

11 lbs lighter? Give me a break. That’s less than 2 gallons of gas people.

Shaving 11 pounds doesn’t seem like its enough to justify a whole new model designation.

Only Porsche could make a new model and say it’s a Lightweight model, literally by taking an existing model, doing nothing to it but take out options, and charge more for it.

Yeah, but it’s 11lbs..That will give the driver like an inch of advantage over a regular Carrera. My groceries weigh more than that.

So, let me get this straight.... Lightweight glass, door loops instead of handles, less sound insulation, no stereo (at least not in the pictures), all so you can save 11 lbs over the base Carrera? How about having all the amenities and having the average Porsche owner go on a diet???
