And what is so stupid is that they could have easily stopped in the beginning and said hey they don’t match the description. All you have to do is say “we are sorry we are looking for a robbery suspect and we weren’t sure if you were the person we were looking for. Be careful there’s armed suspect around these parts”.
My immediate hope? That defense attorneys use this case every time Officer Moore is required to testify in court about an eyewitness identification.
