It’s got more of a clown thing going on than a feminine thing. The red nose, and frilly thing around it’s neck/body. If that’s what they are considering feminine then I would like to know what girls they are hanging around with. Juggalos/Juggalettes? On second thought, maybe I don’t want to know.
