Well the canned stuff (clams and oysters) are already cooked, so I assume the shrimp and crawfish tails are pre cooked as well.

The one thing Ruffini gets right is that it seems like an inordinate number of the craft beers available on draft are IPAs, and IPAs are—in my obviously objective and unassailable view—hop-ridden garbage.

I’ve just totally given up on them. I’ve come up with a set of guidelines:

Yeah, I mean, I like beer and hate IPAs and super bitter stuff, so I’m right there with him, but I’ve still never had an issue finding a beer I could enjoy at any establishment, including brew pubs. There’s basically always a lager or hefe or Belgian wheat or something on tap, usually multiples.
