Would we ever actually have “big interiors” on spaceships? This is something that has always bugged me as I always imagined that the spaceships we would use for travel or even to live in would be submarine-like tubes where there is room enough for one person down any hallway.

Oh, absolutely. I saw them a few months ago — they began the concert by performing the entirety of Funeral, then kept playing for almost another two hours. A genuinely unforgettable experience, with the added bonus of Win expertly working “fuck Donald Trump” into one of the lyrics, though I forget which.

I saw Arcade Fire last summer. Probably a top 3 live experience for me. Just absolutely stunning.

If airlines are going to have policies of denying service to anyone suspected of having a contagious health issue, they need to hire medical professionals to make the call.

My sister in-law has ichthyosis and I’ve also been on flights where people are hacking and coughing and who knows if they have the common cold or an infections disease. Oh and fuck these people. Huh.  I looked it up and one time I was on a flight with a child who had this.  I didn’t know what it was.  Strangely, we all smiled at the little girl who was excited to be on a trip and then minded our own business, as did the flight crew.
