I have a stovetop pressure cooker, so I think I would just do all the steps up to the simmer in the open cooker, put the top on, cook at pressure for like 5 minutes, and then take the top off and boil down the sauce? OH NO NOW I HAVE TO TRY IT LIKE... THIS WEEKEND.

ohhhh man that would scare the shit out of me. My brother keeps his guns in a locked safe and I still quiz him before we go over to his house just in case.
