Thank you!
Thank you!
Is Inland Empire available to watch anywhere? I’ve looked for it on Amazon Streaming, Netfix, Vudu, and On Demand. The closest that I can find is an import DVD.
..”as episodic television I admit to getting frustrated”
Twin Peaks speaks for us all...but its comments are pending.
I liked Chantal’s dialogue too. RIP Chantal. That truly was the last bag.
What you said, exactly. Lynch does buildup and anticipation like no other.
I think it was perfect. With Lynch the waiting is part of everything.
I wouldn’t have minded him coming back one or two episodes earlier, it would give us more time for us to adjust to Dale trying to solve this huge mess of a mystery, instead of rushing it. But this was a perfect episode, and the scene where he wakes up was so satisfying any complaints I had about too much Dougie…
I tried to merge mine, but it didn’t work. Just kept going to back to the main page. I think I may be trapped in the grays forever. Kind of like Josie I guess.
Also, I’m still not happy about the lousy bowie impression last week. The teak kettle I can deal with but couldn’t he have recorded his line at least (while he making his last album)? Or even (yes I know he was dying) just have gotten a decent voice actor who sounded like him? I found the voice more off putting than…
“Bad binoculars! Bad, bad binoculars!”
Now that we’re near the end what the heck was the point of having a story about Evil Cooper raping Audrey who then gave birth to Richard?
I burst into tears at the Twin Peaks theme accompanying Cooper saying, “I am the FBI.” I didn’t realize just how much that moment would matter. Between that and last week’s Ed and Norma reunion and Log Lady’s death, this show is making me a weepy mess.
: - ) ALL is going to make a great T-shirt.
Mr. C actually said “Goodbye *my* son.”
I think I had a similar problem. I was told it was because I have a legacy account and they haven’t been supported yet. If you are on Chrome, I found signing into Chrome directly with the email used for the User ID lets me post.
Bushnell...give me some of those sandwiches. I’m starving.
I’m sure it will be a satisfying resolution, but is there any way that Lynch can tie up every plot thread and explain so many strange tangents and clues in just the two hours the remain, without it feeling rushed?
It looked like a little glowing seed fell off the rock after Richard disappeared, but Mr. C didn’t go after it, whatever it was.
“I am the FBI.”
