MINI/BMW N14 1.6L - alternating between timing chain guides failing (had mine replaced 3 times in 70k miles) and turbo oil lines failing (and burning the whole car down). They were fun when working but NEVER EVER own one out of warranty (which they all are now). The later N18 was a big improvement from what I’ve heard.

Current US model has “Emotion Start”. I use it all the time for giggles. =)

MK8 Golf R owner here. For what it’s worth, the touch controls take about a day to get used to and 90% of the time you’re adjusting volume with the steering wheel control (which is backlit). I guess I don’t futz with temp controls all that much while driving, so it’s a non-issue for me.

Doesn’t Vantablack get REALLY hot when exposed to sunlight? Like melt the car hot? Isn’t it also like $1000/oz?

They’re all out there somewhere, all in the left lane doing 10 under.

Golf R?

So, most of the press stories that got this whole thing started were for Kia Souls igniting, but they’re not part of the recall. Or did I miss something?

Does Wolverine drive it?

“The new Mustang is 188 inches long, or almost the exact same length as a Camaro. And almost double the length of a Ford Fiesta, in case your were wondering.”

Willing to do minor construction work to keep car safe from rain, unwilling to fix a taillight.

Any Lexus RX-series.

I just bought both of these last week before this sale. Typing on the full size one now. *sigh*

Yes, it’s just ECU controlled braking that they try to pass off as a real LSD. “Electronic Torque Vectoring” is the same trick.

If I recall from mine (2003 V6) if this has the sunroof, infinity sound, and leather recaros it should be a 6 speed. Dealer sold mine to me as a 5 speed and after seeing it tach high on the highway and doing some research I discovered there was in fact a 6th gear. Pretty fun car, but that V6 was a little lethargic.

No sir, it’s along time ago, in a galaxy far, far away....

You should all know better than to trust anything anyone from Dayton says on Facebook....
