Seriously, what is wrong with this woman? Why does she need attention from strangers this badly? Doesn’t she have friends and family she can talk to or a therapist?
She is living a dream life to most - a gorgeous family, luxurious house, thriving business. I think she needs therapy and a complete break from social media, the validation she wants will no longer come from there.
Sounds like despite all her wealth and privilege, her life kind of sucks? Like she should be able to get the validation she craves from actual friends, but for some reason she can’t?

Have you ever seen a man recoil at needing to hold a woman’s purse for literally 10 seconds while she puts on a jacket? Imagine this person choosing to spend 400 pages inhabiting a woman’s thoughts.
Why do you think she published under her initials? Why do you think she published under the name Robert Galbraith, instead of simply using another pen name if she wished to keep her identity secret at the time?
And the expectations for boys and men are just so low. Or maybe it’s even perceived as threatening to have to inhabit the mental space of a girl or woman.
You see similar things with female central characters. Girls and women are willing to read about and take the perspectives of male central characters, but boys and men seem incredibly reluctant to do the same for female central characters. It’s depressing.
