The civil infrastructure of New England (and likely Hawaii) certainly plays a big role in the vaccine roll out. Sure, taxes might be higher in these states but you literally get what you pay for (overall, among the highest quality of life out of the 50 states).

This is how my dog makes me feel. Me, a childless woman without a home of my own, imagines a scenario where I would come in to money. Surely, I couldn’t live in a townhouse because there would be no yard for my dog.

I understand the pull of the ultimate authority figure makes this a unique situation for the rioters.
