Unfortunately, you’re the “strange” one because you don’t immediately growl THEY’RE BOYS and find the nearest Tonka Truck to shove in their hands. Because there are people like this and that’s what people expect when they get someone’s gender wrong.

It’s fine to hope for one biological gender or the other. It’s fine to share those hopes with others. There are historical reasons why having a boy or girl would matter.

So, obviously, for most of human history expecting parents couldn’t know the baby’s biological gender. They might have hoped for a boy or a girl but there was nothing else for them to do but to prepare for “a” baby.

The selling price of most luxury goods is fake and I’m sure she wouldn’t get the full value back, even if she was selling to a fellow rich person.

Being his wife, in particular, certainly is worth many more millions than she’s getting or spending.

The million dollar diamond made me do a double take but it makes sense if you think about it. If things go south with her settlement/she doesn’t get his payments she can always use the diamond as a means to fund her lifestyle for at minimum two years if she “only” spends 500k a year.

As mentioned, there can be lots of reasons to be a virgin (a social construct with no biological basis!) and maybe not knowing where you stand sexually can definitely be one of them.

I shouldn’t have to point it out but : being a virgin does not inherently indicate you have problems with your sexuality.

You can have romantic feelings for someone without being physically attracted to them. Or! You can still be attracted to your own gender and find people of the opposite gender attractive and want to have sex with them without your sexuality being compromised.
