If we’re to believe the shooter’s defense (which, I guess, the cops really really want us to do) he views the parlors as places of sin. Rather than take it upon himself to fix his problems he wanted to “cleanse” his environment of sin. He wanted to eliminate Asian women. He viewed them as contaminating him.

China knows it’s in the clear, regardless of whoever the US president is. I wish we were equally as upset about this but if he faced consequences for murder the cascading effect is that other elected officials would be held to account for the murders they committed.

It was and is so laughable to me that when (cultist) Amy Coney Barrett was being nominated to the Supreme Court the GOP was decrying anti-Catholicism when their constituents are actively hostile to Catholics in their every day lives.

It’s bewildering and amusing to me that the Protestant Reformation laid down that each individual had it within themselves to study and know God on their own in direct opposition to the Catholic Church insisting you needed a priest to do this for you (and to give them money) yet American Protestantism has come back…

A local state representative is trying this, too, under the guise of keeping boys from playing girl’s sports and for it to be a parent’s right to know if their kids are going to school/using the bathroom with a trans kids.
