Even IF documents show the lidar unit was out of calibration, they would need to prove that it was so far beyond the required parameters as to be useless - i.e. even if testing showed it reading high by 30%, the resulting adjusted speed would still…

Proving the calibration is off if there are documents demonstrating that the gun was calibrated according to spec is not very easy. Just because a lawyer gets involved doesn’t guarantee you win your case.
