Oh how I wish she hit that fire hydrant and water blew her Jeep up like in a cartoon!

As an LGBTQ+ person, I don’t agree with the Evangelical Christian lifestyle. However, I don’t yell at evangelicals or throw my rainbow flag at them, even when they scream at us at our gatherings, try to deny us equality under the law, shoot up our bars, barricade our health clinics, straight-up murder us in the street,

I’ll say it again: there’s an alternate universe where Chris Pratt is the most popular slightly chubby youth pastor in Eastern Washington.

we must call people out for every transgression all the time. we must demand comedy entertainers on television become hard hitting journalists. we must clarify that what we mean by hard hitting journalism, what we actually mean is calling people out on television. we must go viral. we must tweet. we must be

I think in the Catholic Church, the congregants tend to be more liberal than the Church.

There are a lot of liberal Catholics that sorta ignore that fact. It's kinda weird but it's better then nothing

If you think an X5 is ever going to be a less of a maintenance headache than a Cruiser, 5 years newer or not, crack is the least of your worries- you just went strait to Krokodil.

Wagner was a racist dick who Nazis liked a lot but he had been dead for 50 years before they came along -- I see what you mean here but he didn’t have “ties” to the Nazi party, that’s an attribute for someone who was alive at the time.

In Florida, there is no requirement for you to call the police. You can physically do the removing yourself, so it really doesn’t matter what the trespasser wants.  It’s about what the homeowner chooses.

ESPN has a nice click-baity headline “Report: Steelers’ Brown pushed woman to ground.

What exactly was the point with doxxing the officer taking the report? I assume it’s public record but I don’t understand what the aside has to do with the report. It sounds like the officer took down everything she said, investigated it, and that the victim then said she didn’t want to press charges or escalate it.

The guy said he has to take a day off work so I think there’s probably travel involved and he can’t just hang out for a few hours. Otherwise this would be solid advice.

Regarding restaurants: its booze by a country mile. That is where all the profit is for an establishment that serves dinner, and if they’re dipping in revenue one month, the first place they go is the bartender, to see if they’ve been skimming off the top.  Bottles of wine go for 3x retail.

There’s a middle ground on the bachelor party — one I’ve pulled off and one I’ve seen “fathers of the bride” pull off.

Hell, dude also could’ve cupped his hands under the water faucet and drank from them. Or even just stuck his mouth under the faucet and drank directly from it.

I wasn’t sure about karma until I read the email of the week. Anyone who needs to “run downstairs for bottled water” when thirsty, and has handfuls of empty bottles lying around their bed, deserves to drink toenail water.

welcome back

Oops!  I didn’t know it was a California-only thing.

It’s a Mercury, not a Ford. That said, with kids who are 7 and 10 I doubt he’s over 80 years old.

No more German? okay, how about Swedish? You can get a lightly used Volvo V60 for under 20k, it’s not an SUV, it’s a wagon with tons of interior space for all your equipment. It’s not a manual, but it is a wagon, so jalop points there.
