~ 20 years ago a small bar opened on Lincoln Ave.in Chicago that had wings, and lots of tvs serving sports, a few beers, and wings. It was just north of Fullerton Ave. in the DePaul neighborhood. It had $0.25 cent wings on Tuesdays. It was called Buffalo Wild Wings and Weck, or maybe just BW3. The 3rd W referred to…
It sold out! But there are some new ones that just became available, so I’ll add those. They’re going on the bottom of the list though because I don’t want to re-number everything to protect the integrity and sanctity of the original ranking.

I’ve been using MightyText to do this via browser for many years. I have the paid version which is like $0.99, has been well worth it.
Perhaps Pushbullet is worth considering again... I used to use it a few years ago until they spontaneously decided to offer a pro tier which would be fine but instead of offering more for a price, they just built a wall down the middle of what was available for free. They got filed to my sh!t-list and I haven’t looked…
Pushbullet is a free standing program, not a browser window. Free standing is one reason I like Pushbullet. With my wife (iPhone) and daughter #1 (Android) we use Viber for secure mms messaging. For daughter #2 (iPhone) she refuses to use Viber so I use Pushbullet for her.

I dropped cable many years ago, and I’m kind of surprised to hear they still charge a premium for HD content. It also makes me curious: Does that include 4K content, or is there an additional fee for that, if it’s even available?
Hmmm...maybe I’ll give them another try when my current stuff runs out. Thanks for the tip.
Yeah but Trader Joe’s doesn’t tell you that you are part of the ALL ONE GOD FAITH ON THE SPACESHIP EARTH
That’s what I was referring to.
You really should, in your haste to have yet another go at Tesla, proofread these things before publishing.
a boyfriend decades ago told me that more people die at around 3 am (from any cause) than any other hour. true? I don’t really know but somehow it always stuck with me.
I don’t know anything about Dykstra, Hardwick or Nerdist, I only read Dykstra’s piece on Medium. And I’m confused about her behavior. Is it normal that women take a job they don’t like? Or being repeatedly sexually assaulted without going to the police, without at least leaving the assaulter? He turn’s out to be a…
My fervent desire is that the end of next year is Archer waking up from his coma in LA, reuniting with Lana and AJ and his mother and everyone else... and then he wakes up from another coma, and it turns out everything we’ve seen has been a dream
You’re not wrong! On a completely unrelated note, I’d like to say that the Lifehacker editorial staff does not make decisions about ads or trackers. On another completely unrelated note, look at this charming blog post by my colleague!
Came here to say I could swear this headline actually showed up once. QED.
I think the filter syntax is compatible between uBlock and AdBlock, maybe try them out? If not switch to uBlock and import the AdBlock filters?
It’s not though, in the current context. Every little fender bender with autonomous cars is picked apart, scrutinized, and made a spectacle by media, present company included. For Tesla and autonomous driving to be trusted by the public, its safety record has to be IMMACULATE and for a long time.
This seems like a good place to bring up how painful it’s become to use Lifehacker and the other GMG websites.
