As a decade-long vegetarian, I always find fast food to be vaguely horrifying, but honestly, the fact that it’s made of dead animals is not the creepiest thing about it. The creepiest thing about it is how cheap it is. What even is this food made of that allows them to sell it so cheaply and still make a profit?

Wow, thanks for all the advice!

I really want to play Gris, but I’m on a doctor-ordered no-holding-a-controller time because of tendonitis. I can still play things with my arcade stick, though, if they’re not too intense. Is Gris a chill enough game that I don’t have to hit buttons really quickly?

Instead of cans of meat stew, my boyfriend’s inventory received 119 mutifruit trees and one of every kind of door available for base customization. He now has a small base that crouches over a giant mutifruit jungle, but he doesn’t have enough budget left to build the walls to install his doors.

I literally screamed when I read the headline. Boyfriend was very concerned.

Now playing

I like the version where she opens with a classic Usagi wake up routine, complete with a slipper playing Luna. (She also sticks all her landings in this video.) My favorite part is that you can see her lipsyncing along to parts of “Moonlight Densetsu.”

Vane’s sound track is giving me a heavy Labyrinth vibe, and I love it.

Why did they release this game so early? Why go through all of this player vitriol and frantic patching when they could have waited six months and fixed the damn thing?

I always enjoy these articles because I love, love, love ramen, but I’m a vegetarian and I can’t eat most soy products, so it’s almost impossible for me to ever eat ramen at a restaurant. Your breakdown of the components is going to make it easier for me to figure out soy- and meat-free alternatives to the traditional

I’m getting a heavy Firefly vibe from this game. I don’t play FPS games, but I’m looking forward to watching my partner play it!

On the other hand, my Persona 5 collector’s edition was 80 bux cheaper and came with a bag so nice and sturdy that I’m still using it daily a year and a half later to carry my scripts, snacks, and reference books to and from rehearsals. Thanks for not sucking, Atlus!

Tim Rogers has a soothing voice that makes one think of rich chocolate icing being slowly spread over a dense chocolate cake.

I wish this game had some kind of adventure mode where I could do all of the story quests without dealing with the action-oriented combat. I want to hang out with all the playwrights and philosophers SO BAD.

Well, now I feel bad for pirating it in order to introduce my boyfriend to its majestic insanity. Blew his mind.

I almost exclusively play my Steam games via Steam Link...buuut we do have a 50 foot cable running from the router in the office, stuck to the wall with cable clips to run over two doorways out into the living room.

(As an aside, I’m tickled that it’s the vague shade thrown at musical theatre that’s getting the most negative reactions. I think that says a lot about Kotaku readers. I love it.)

My takeaway of the joke is that she’s rejecting the social baggage that comes with both listening unironically to “shitty” pop music like Brittany Spears and to showtunes, which certainly in my teenage years was the music that only the theatre weirdos listened to (full disclosure: I was one of those theatre weirdos).

I kind of just want to play this game for the Thespis questline. I’m a huge fan of Greek theatre, and the idea of getting to roleplay being in a production is monstrously exciting, and I’m very curious as to how accurate they strove to be. I see in your screen shot that Kassandra is wearing a mask, and it looks like

It’s Nomura, so the battle system will probably be very jumpy, flashy, action-y, and decidedly not turn-based.

I really hate this format of apology, so common in these sorts of situations. “I am very sorry to anyone that was offended” turns the apology around and puts the onus onto the person who “was offended” rather than taking responsibility for the comment, as if others chose to be offended. I wish that official apologies
