I’m curious, why did you dislike Returnal? I’ve only seen positive opinions about it. I’ve been on the fence about it for ages, so I’m just curious if the things you dislike might be stuff that I wouldn’t like as well.

What I’m reading on this tells me one thing... I’ll be able to use PS  Remote play. Playing my ps5 when I don’t have access to the main tv... YES PLEASE.

My experience on the ps5 has been about the same. It was mostly stable until you got about 10 hours in and then the hard crashes and the bugs started to show up - not funny stuff like t-pose npcs & naked people popping in (and their clothing subsequently appearing 5-10 seconds later), which I usually laugh off, but…

“Gross overreach” is pretty much the baseline for being a celebrity in Japan based on what I’ve seen and read. For example, anyone defined as an “idol” is often contractually not allowed to date (or at least be seen to date).

Here here! I installed snapchat once... only to be horrified to find out that it always turns the camera on, facing me?! Why would I want that?? I uninstalled it quickly.

...and no, I don’t care if there’s an option to change that. The default behavior is terrifying enough to keep me away for good.

Ugh, so true. I had a more than a few friends of mine that got married and stopped gaming because they basically weren’t ‘allowed’ to anymore. I thank my lucky stars for my spouse - only rule for me is that I’m not allowed to have VR, and honestly, for the price and the inability to see how well it works, I’m good.
