I tried playing the game via remote play because the tv was being occupied by a toddler, lol... I couldn’t do standoffs or properly parry. I had no idea that there was any noticeable lag when streaming over my own network, but apparently it was enough to make it a lot harder.

The horse is excellent for the most part. I’ve had few issues with running into trees and such. The game also has an excellent fast travel system with loading times so fast I usually can’t read the tips on screen.

It gets harder once you reach the northern island. The enemies will have better armor and equipment and will use things like bombs and rockets on you.

An external HDD is probably the important bit, but otherwise I agree... I find that mine loads so fast that I can’t even begin to read a tip most of the time before I’m back in the action. I’ve got to say, it has me quite spoiled.

It’s probably there in the shower scenes.

I was shocked that they used the camera trick on him peeing and not on one of the shower scenes. It makes a lot more sense to me that if he has rendered junk, it would be on the nude model. It’s not like they were going to go out of their way to swap the normal model with one that has little Reedus poking out just so

My only (very small!) criticism of the game is that it goes way overboard with the cut scenes, but it only happens a couple of times in the game, so it was just mildly irritating at best - although it definitely felt like two hours before you got to do any kind of actual playing at the start. I really loved that the

I mean, they have in that it’s core, at least to me, seemed to be exploration... and the major updates have mostly encouraged people to settle down and go nowhere.

This is so true. I replayed it recently to go back and check out some of the story DLC and man... A lot of the story felt a lot less far-fetched this time around. The first time I played it, I was like yeah this could happen but what are the odds... this time, not so much.

I, for one, am absolutely loving being able to collect something in the game without having to constantly have stuff break on me and have to run back to a crafting table.

Hey, Death Stranding happened, and that’s pretty similar to what you wanted. Aside from the boss fights I never equipped a weapon in that game. No horses though.

Exactly this. Going by the (grossly inaccurate but good enough comparison) that a company is legally similar to a person, then they have the same right to deny these people a platform as I would have to tell them to get out of my house because a friend accused them of sexual misconduct. Of course, that’s not a

It’s not just him, either... all the prompts you have to go through if you try to go to someone else’s island? UGH.
What do you want to do?
fly somewhere
Where?
someone’s island
where?
online
how?
search for a friend
found island...
ok go there
ok....................
someone forgot to sleep their nook phone! time to start over!

Space travel will be incredibly expensive for the near future regardless. Of course it’s going to lock out the poor - just like air travel is a thing a poor family might to once or twice in a decade if not longer, and for most of its early existence, air travel was a rich only deal.

Grace Walker has now single-handedly made me want to play New Colossus and I hate FPSs.

While I’m still waiting on a hacking game that is about hacking*, WD2 was still awesome. The characters and missions are all just plain fun.

*Ok, it has hacking in it, but a ton of it can be bypassed by shooting the place up, and honestly, the Marcus I wanted to be wouldn’t stoop to solving his problems with a gun when

Oddly, despite many many hours in the single player game, I haven’t run into them a single time.

Considering I had space fights with a good dozen in XWA, I’d say... a LOT!

This is true! However, a lot of people are complaining about the ps5 are saying it looks retro futuristic... the XSX looks like something from an actual sci-fi movie from 1968. How more retro future is that? That was my point. While I find the PS5 more attractive personally, I certainly wouldn’t skip the XSX because

Honestly, after all these years without an x-wing cockpit to sit in, I’ll take it. I spent hundreds of hours in XWA, and I loved it to death... but a rogue squadron game would be fun, too. Sadly, except for the new MS Flight Simulator and a few other stragglers, that entire genre is very much dead.
