That was my take away as well.

Used to manage a fancy taco place in San Francisco. Despite the word “taco” being a part of the restaurant’s name, we too would often get asked if we had burritos- we did not. New guests were often totally dismayed by this. The answer we came up with: “think of our tacos as small, open faced, burritos.”
