I was referring to Mad Max. He rides for the most part in Fords, and in that scene the perp is in an HQ (i think) Monaro.
I think that makes it a bargain find less than a barn find. But who am i to know....
I agree. But they didn't call it AWD. They called it FWD. Read more: http://blackflag.jalopnik.com/the-nissan-gt-…
I didn't think it was actually FWD. I remember reading it had a petrol engine powering the front wheels, electric engines on the rears. It's only that the FWD is constant, the RWD kicks in when necessary. So essentially it's variable AWD
Crowd fund. This is awesome
Can't blame St. Louis police for not knowing what a Holden looks like... Obviously they need the Ford-driving, GM slaying Mad Max:
I've wonder what it would be like taking an AWD Chev Astro - V8 with stick - taking the entire body off the frame and then just welding on a roll cage on, adding proper suspension and control bits, and a seat....
New York...
Get some Shebly for $5k: Dodge Shelby Dakota
Top of the line 80s Land Cruiser Sahara for 7500 (Aussie dollars, so less than $6k USD)
YES! swap in a decent Toyota 4 cyl and go sliding
I love this series. Spend a little a a 1JZ/2JZ turbo and it would be great fun
Well played. I imported a 1989 R32 into Aus in the dying days of the 15 year old grey import rule. It was a magic car. Epic to drive and surprisingly tough. Yes i did throw cash at it like confetti, but i had the mod-bug, and i don't regret it for a second.
