Yeah you’re right. Being worried about things that the POTUS-elect actually said is EXACTLY the same as being afraid of things that Rush Limbaugh’s anal bead (Sean Hannity) invented.

The difference here is that Trump has said these things, or that the people being picked to shape policy for the next 4 years actually have these factual track records. Most people aren’t conjuring bullshit from whole cloth like the right does.
Well, I don’t know whether Trump is going to actually try to deport millions of people, build a massive wall, or ban Muslims from entering the country (all things he repeatedly, directly, and strongly actually campaigned on, not conspiracy theories his opponents made up), but I think people on the left are more scared…
brought the cakes—baked by his wife
The most hypocritical of the bunch have no problem shoving their morality down other people’s throats without care as to the actual harm it can cause. (Looking at you, bishops in charge of Catholic hospitals)
“Please have proper regard for my feelings when you point out my misogyny/racism.”
I don’t know about teenagers, but it is sure something I hear Christians opine about a lot.
He tells The Advocate that he would have preferred being “politely” informed that the cakes were “disrespectful” rather than being cursed at by Peterson.
‘Come on now...do to really need to *cuss* to make your point, little lady?’
Treating women’s bodies as a commodity to be consumed is an unacceptable and pernicious trend that needs to be called out.
It upsets me to no end that no matter how shitty men are, how impolite, how rude, we are supposed to be meek and calm and ask them nicely to stop.
Not only is this a distraction, it seems actively undermining. If it was something truly hideous, fine, but all this tweet is implying is that drunk people like to fuck each other.
Seriously. Please find a way to stop perpetuating this cycle of misdirection. We really need to focus on mitigating the impending doom of DTs appointments and coming administration. DO NOT LET THEM DISTRACT US!
One post about Pence being booed at Hamilton and the cast clapping back at him, fine. A second post about the pumpkin-elect being a baby over it, pushing it but understandable. This, this is not relevant. I am not condoning what past Brandon Dixon said because it is gross. But we don’t live in a vacuum, and…
Well, I just read an article in the Guardian or some such lofty place about how Bannon, having won the election for the white right, is now amusing himself by dividing the already-wretched and profoundly demoralized Democratic and progressive opposition, pitting us against each other, drinking our salty tears with…
I mean, one might argue that what Donald said back in 2005 shouldn’t be relevant bc it was so long ago, to me it’s not so much about how long ago but about the fact that THIS was all they could find on the dude? Really? Bc if that’s the case... he’s one of the good ones.
Michael Che, too, but in both those cases, those men had made more than one creepy/sexist tweet, and were both about to take jobs giving their slant on current events on a weekly/nightly basis, so it was way more relevant.
Yeah, not sure why this is “noteworthy” and why someone dredged up a 4 year old tweet?
I feel you. I am really glad I got laid before the election because I inherently assume all penises voted for Trump, even though I know it’s not true.
I’ve literally lost my annoyance for anyone that voted for Hillary. That co-worker I think is kind of an asshole but posted an article about how we can’t normalize Trump? We’re cool. That roommate my boyfriend had who used his OCD as an excuse to be a terrible person (bro, I get that you need to throw away anything…
