“Don’t need no credit card to ride this train” is a lyric so bad you kinda have to just roll with it.

the money put into the car will keep it going without much trouble for the foreseeable future,”

Dude. I’m sorry, I didn’t see you over there. Someone needed to put an arm over your shoulder and led you to the cool side of the room. We were listening to Pixies, Hüsker Dü and Echo & The Bunnymen and shit like that. Yeah, we knew the corporate yacht rock existed, right alongside hair metal and mall pop, but there

Counterpoint: The Smiths were alive and well throughout most of the 80s.  Also Echo and the Bunnymen.

I was recently thinking about how The Power of Love by Huey Lewis was the song that most defined the 80's. Theme song from the classic 80's movie, by the classic 80's band with the classic 80's sound. It checks off all the boxes.

We Built This City is neck and neck with Sussudio as shittiest 80s hit.

But I don’t get the hatred of We Built This City, by Starship.

NRG had real grass in a tray system that could be removed and replaced as needed. Not artificial turf simply rolled out over an existing grass (or what looks like mostly dirt) field.

Can you tell the smell of Marlboro lights from Marlboro reds?

I love the power delivery from a twin-screw supercharged engine, but I still cant hit NP on this. If the seller isn’t going to present the evidence to back up what this car is or isnt, then why should I do the research? Not to mention any research would be best done with the car at your disposal to check what is

You’d shoot David Tracey an email, that is what you’d do.

The only show this car could win is a @#$% show...

That’s a lot to ask. It’s good power but that’s actually available in a Civic anymore. Not at this price, and of course the supercharger will have boosted it further, but the fact remains. Weighing a lot less, the Civic is probably a lot more fun to drive, too.

That blobulous body style (and pretty much anything else designed by Ford during the mid-90's) gives me the skeeves. CP for that alone.

I hate older mustangs but I do feel that this body style is 10 years away from being a “classic”. And they are the best sounding V8.

That is one ghastly looking steering wheel. Like a prosthetic body part or something.

And every press conference to update on the situation starts off with 20 minutes of political dick sucking before getting to the actual updates.

I feel that just as much as a extremely late millennial. Truth be told I don’t really have any “car friends” save for my cousins. I’m just the car guy in my group of friends. I showed up one day after getting a Mustang and they were completely unphased by the fact I went from driving a beat-up pickup to a fricken two

Not so much contempt as lack of interest.

kind of like getting covered in a bunch of lame ass tattoos
