I’ve been listening to the Sleepcasts from Headspace since they launched and they work really well for me. Each one is essentially someone softly describing a specific environment that you’re supposed to visualize as you fall asleep, and they’re combined with ambient sounds from that scene (a beach, a forest, etc).
