I know how I sound. I know that technology is an iterative process of constant improvement.

The CGI and FMV was amazing at the time, the character models were a bad idea.

Dev teams are always developing new tech in the background and while I agree that working on an entire game is a great amount of learning I still hold that the character designs were an abomination and a complete distraction. It’s like they chose a tech over an aesthetic.

I guess what I meant was FFVII is everyone’s favourite and deemed sacrosanct. For me the visuals are the game so that’s why I can’t enjoy it.

I was in my 20s when it came out and the CGI/FMV was astounding (I was an evangelist for that shit).

I know what you’re saying but in this case I feel they made a bad choice. The characters looked poor, especially against the lush backgrounds, and they moved terribly too.

I feel you. I was at uni when it came out. I was in to CGI and thought the intro scene was the incredible, I just couldn’t cope with the low poly characters. I felt they jumped too soon.

Another thing FFVII did was jump to 3D too soon. It looked like hot garbage.

Would love someone to do the entire Z plot line (with abbreviate powerup screaming) in to one large film thanks.

The last time I learned a dance move was from the Rhythm Nation music video so I hope you’ll understand when I say I just don’t get twerking.

When BT spits i listen and he never disappoints.

Mate, what they should have done is give us a realistic man-bulge, with the associated bulge physics.

Completely over the shit we’ve had for the last few years. I follow only three series atm - from a list of 20+.

I don’t like horror games but I love linear games that’s why I never understood all the Killzone hate.

off topic: when I clicked on this story because I thought the lead image was of a senior woman wearing a dope AF spider-man costume!

I just think you got this wrong.

My bestie works for a company that makes the Rolls Royce of ovens. The cost of destroying the product, if unsold, is factored in to there whole range.

This article has inspired so many first-time posters. All of which are Squatty preachers. Well done marketing.

I’m convinced that NASCAR is at the root of America’s evil. There’s something unatural about a car that only turns one way.
