I think the problem is more there’s a section of the population that simply doesn’t care if it fails academically, because academic understanding is not given a value.

If that is the case the dashcam owner practices backwards courtesy which is a leading cause of congestion, annoyance, and collisions. Backward courtesy is where the person practicing it decides to be nice to person A at the expense of person B instead of following the written rules of the road.

I’m assuming the BMW guy was one beeping in the beginning at the dashcam car because the light was probably green, but the dashcam car was being nice and letting the schoolbus turn ahead of him.

the “soon” here is obviously in relation to when you will be using this image again... and again... and again...

At least he blocked the license plate so you can’t identify that specific car if you see it on the street.
