Just because laws have been put into place to stop another ‘Enron’ doesn’t mean it’s impossible there won’t be another ‘Enron’. People try to find loopholes to get an advantage and act on them. That’s how it works, then some people on capital hill may find it unethical and make new laws to prevent it.
