Re-read the section again. I think you might have glossed over it.

I drink lots of water throught the might. Then I go and get some food or eat something and drink more water before bed. I keep water by my bedstand and when I wake up, I drink it, take a painkiller and go back for sleep for 20 minutes. Then I get up and drink Powerade or chocolate milk. And eat again!

You know, the whole thing is bad but I actually thought that made sense. To share naked pictures with a partner rather than a stranger. Also, part of the prob with sending naked to picutres to non-partners is consent.
