What part about it is valid when he doesn’t want kids?

There’s WAY more problems in the first letter beyond “how do I have a different form of birth control.” Why would she be opposed to him getting a vasectomy?? Does she accidentally want to get knocked up? There’s something deeper happening there.

They give Ixchel a quick cameo but that’s about it.

He actually doesn’t come off as someone on the spectrum whatsoever. Just a gifted, mouthy little kid.

It plays a little bit to him feeling like an outsider in his own family and he has a lot of insecurities about it since Dr. Murray disappeared shortly after he was adopted - in the film he basically feels abandoned by the man who was supposed to choose him.

“They did one thing and then went home” is very much what happens in the movie. They kind of imply that they somehow defeat the It (which is not once referred to as The Black Thing in the movie) but they never show Camazotz being freed.

It didn’t make it into the film, though.

They talk about tesseracts and there’s the line “There is such a thing as a tesseract.” The only time we see even a vague explanation of what it actually IS, though, is during a flashback to the parents trying to explain what it is to a crowd of uninterested government folks. That scene from the trailers where Meg

Dude I smoke plenty but when something is regulated as a prescription drug it needs to be treated like a prescription drug. I’d never give someone an edible when I had no idea how they’d react, especially not outside of my own home. He was irresponsible with his shit and he’s seeing the consequences of it.

The movie really needed to explain that Charles Murray has some limited psychic abilities, such as mind reading, that lend to why he’s so verbose. It didn’t do that. (It also didn’t actually ever explain what a tesseract was, which is also unfortuante)

It’s still illegal to give it to anyone not on that prescription and there’s nothing at all subjective about that

While this might be true, it’s still illegal in VA, which is where the event was held. They can’t play with kid gloves when it comes to actual legal matters when they’re running such a large event and such a large amount of money for charity.

Blu-Rays are individually out now, but I’ve been waiting for Nozomi to send out the goddamn deluxe edition forever and they’re still held up. BAH

When using alcohol, get the absolute highest concentration you can buy - this means there’s less water involved, and you absolutely want the least amount of water touching your electronics (especially cart contacts).

it sure does!

I really hope they port Tokyo Mirage Sessions, because I want to play through it again but I don’t want to set up my Wii U to do it

I’m pretty sure the point is that without the specific HD rumble causing that pain to happen, it’s likely that this guy wouldn’t have taken it seriously or paid any attention to it until it became a far more serious issue.

i don’t know that I necessarily agree with that. I think it’s fair to share kinks and that he shouldn’t be shamed for his particular one, especially with the doc’s given explanation of why that kink tends to come about. I do, however, think it would be EXTREMELY SHITTY for him to continue to push for that particular

Looking forward to all of these old-guard types from Twin Galaxies being taken down and having their so-called legacies dragged through the streets. How many more of them have been lying and cheating for 30+ years now?

I mean, I don’t think it’s pedantic to point out that there are different categories of speedrunning. This is why you have the ACE categories, any%, 100%, etc etc... the dude is judged the same way as everyone else in his category, so why should it be any different
